The RealTime system handles all of your data collection needs with regards to timekeeping. But what if you want to analyze timekeeping data OUTSIDE of RealTime? You have this capability by exporting data from the RealTime system!

You can export data based on Data Range and you can also select the fields that you want to export. Data is exported in a tab- or comma-delimited format (you decide) and is streamed directly to your browser for added convenience.

Create Ad-Hoc Reports

Extract data from RealTime for import into popular adhoc or database tools such as Microsoft Access or Crystal Reports to allow you to "slice and dice" your RealTime data in any way you can imagine.

Chart your RealTime Data

You can also use your extracted data to create rich reports that include graphs and charts to represent the data you want to report on. The possibilities are limitless!

Archiving

Extracted data is also useful for archiving or auditing reasons. Keep a copy of last years data on a CD for retrieval by other systems. You decide what you need and how often you need it.
