RealTime Demo - Inside the RealTime Timesheet

Entering time entry data into the RealTime system is quick and easy. Time activities are presented in a grid-like format with all of the user's projects available to them at a glance.

Users can enter time for all activities within a single work day. Time entry can be configured to be as precise as 1/100 of an hour to allow for billing to the minute. Additionally, time can be entered in multiple categories such as Regular Time, Overtime, Doubletime, etc.

View Period-To-Date Hours

The RealTime timesheet display can be configured to display time entry totals on a Period-To-Date basis to allow for convenient display of progress for each task.

Hide seldom-used Projects and Tasks

Tasks such as Holiday time, Sick time, and other administrative tasks can be selectively hidden by the user to reduce screen clutter. Keep in mind that time can still be recorded to these tasks, however, they are temporarily hidden from view for convenience.

A Printable Timesheet is a click away

Users can also display a "print-ready format" of the timesheet for the current period to view all activities, including comments, at a glance. This is handy for those who want a "paper copy" of thier timesheet.
