Professional Services Automation for NASA contractors is a business model niche ideally suited for MSM Group Inc. of Fairview Park. The Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, which provides end-to-end integrated Project Management Accounting solutions to government contractors, is engaged in final discussions on a multiyear subcontract with HX5 Sierra LLC of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Under the terms of the agreement, MSM Group will provide back-office automation and IT support for Sierra Lobo\u2019s recently awarded Test Facilities Operations and Maintenance and Engineering (TFOME II) contract at the NASA Glenn Research Center. \u201cIt is truly a pleasure to be working with such a great company on this exciting opportunity at NASA\u201d, said MSM Group CEO Kevin M. McQuade.<\/p>\n

HX5 Sierra, LLC, a joint venture formed by HX5, LLC and Sierra Lobo, Inc. (SLI) was recently awarded the 10-year, $363 million TFOME-II contract to provide operations, engineering, and maintenance support services to the test facilities and laboratories at NASA\u2019s Glenn Research Center and Plum Brook Station. The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is effective June 1 and carries an initial value of $47.5 million.<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the agreement, MSM Group will provide back-office automation and support for the program management support, accounting for the joint venture, proprietary project management cloud hosted software (iSite), and direct engineering and IT application development to support contract task orders. To meet the anticipated growth, MSM Group will add about 10 employees in 2015.<\/p>\n
